Sometimes I find it hard to express my feelings but I want you to know how grateful we are for all your help in selling our home and finding this one.  We're starting to feel at home now. 

What a surprise all that food was for Don and I.  We have never had a more beautiful shower.  Everything was delicious and so welcome.  I shall never, never forget.  Thank you very much.

Dear Ms. Young,

This is a long overdue letter to commend the services that I received from Shauna Hooker on my real estate transaction.

To fully understand and appreciate what Shauna did for me, I have to look back more than a year ago.  My home in Wickenburg was for sale and was in escrow and Shauna represented me as the agent on my new home purchase.  Obviously, the sale transaction had to go through in order to be in a position to purchase a new property.  Towards the very end of my closing on my Wickenburg property, things started to fall apart, which meant that I might not be able to purchase the property that Shauna wrote the contract for.  I had a realtor who was representing me on my Wickenburg sale, but that particular agent was worthless.  Shauna became my strongest supporter and advocate and voice to try to piece everything back together so that the sales transaction would close.  She worked long hours from her office and from her home, and she involved me every step of the way.  Although ultimately the transaction was out of Shauna's hands, it was incredible to see the the amount of energy she put into trying to resolve the damaged escrow.  I have never seen anyone work as hard or as tirelessly as I witnessed from Shauna, and her fierce determination and dedication that she put forth was admirable and more than appreciated.  You don't see this type of personal conviction to service these days.  Shauna was a tiger (for lack of a better word) in working around the clock and having meaningful communications with all properties involved.  As it turns out, the first Wickenburg escrow did fall through, and Shauna walked away graciously with not a dime in her pocket.  However, she continued to stay in touch, and never expressed any disappointment out of not making any compensation from this long escrow ordeal.  That behavior is indicative of a mature, experienced, and upstanding real estate professional.  It's testament to the fact that she loves what she does, and doesn't do it for a self-serving monetary purpose.

Needless to say, 6 months later I had another offer on the sale of my Wickenburg property.  There was no question who my real estate broker would be.  Shauna went above and beyond to prove herself to be the only person who had more than deserved my business.  She and I worked closely together "the second time around" and she successfully closed closed on my new home located in Desert Hills.  The second transaction was not without its frustrations, but once again, Shauna stepped up, took control over the inconveniences that surfaced, and I'm happy to say that the escrow closed and all parties were happy.

As a business owner, I am sure that you can appreciate all the hard work and dedication that Shauna gives to her clients.  She is certainly the type of player I would want to have on on my team.  This letter just touches on the surface of how impressed I was with Shauna.  She will be my first and only choice as a real estate professional for my future real estate needs.

I want to commend you on Shauna Hooker in the handling of a cross sale with me in mid-August.  I got so upset with my sellers because twice they agreed on a sales price, and twice they changed their minds.

I was prepared to tell them to take their home off the market because they didn't know what they wanted and Shauna boldly stepped in and made the deal happen with her aggressive yet subtle style.  I lost my cool but she retained hers.

You deserve so much more than a mere "Thank You."  You have no idea how difficult life has been trying to get my 94-yr-old step granddad moved and then my Mother's Alzheimers put her over the brink and we had to admit her to a home 3-weeks ago.  I have felt overwhelmed at times.
